The George Brown College Employee Purchase Plan allows eligible College employees to receive loans for the purchase of  computer systems, and tablets  through payroll deduction.

HOW TO ORDER

    Complete the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form (Link Below)

    Submit Application
    E-mail signed Payroll Deduction Authorization Form to mvlasics@georgebrown.ca no later than the last day of the EPP window.

Administration Fee of $100 plus tax is automatically added to your loan application

PROCESSING

Timeline on the process from start to finish

Application  will be submitted to GBC Payroll Department at the end of the EPP window for approval. 

GBC Payroll Department may take up to 5 business days (after closing window) to approve all applications.

The Campus Store will proceed with ordering your system once all applications have been approved by the Payroll Department.

The turnaround time for product delivery will be determined by product availability.

GBC Campus Store Will notify you via email when the order is ready for pickup

You may be asked to present a valid photo ID when you pick up.

Dediction will commence as soon as all the EPP orders are all picked up. It will reflect on your Pay Stub as "Computer Purchase" 

Calculation is your total amount divided by 52 consecutive pay.
