General Conditions

  • Original receipt is required for all refunds, exchanges, or store credits.
  • All items must be returned in original condition with tags and accessories intact.
  • Refunds are issued using the original form of payment.
  • All clearance items are final sale.

Final Sale – Non-refundable Items

Includes: Calculators, gift cards, apparel without tags, food/beverages, custom merchandise, tech hardware, opened textbooks, access codes, and culinary tools.

Textbooks and Course Materials

Eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Digital materials and custom lab manuals are non-returnable.
